Second Democratic debate kicks off Tuesday night

(CNN) — Tonight marks the start of the second Democratic debate.

For two nights, 20 presidential hopefuls will speak about their positions on key issues at Fox Theatre in Detroit.

Night one of the debates begins at 7 p.m. on CNN.

Taking the stage tonight is Montana Governor Steve Bullock; South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg; Former Maryland Congressman John Delaney; Former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper; Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar; Former Texas Congressman Beto O’Rourke; Ohio Congressman Tim Ryan; Author Marianne Williamson; Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.

The Democratic National Committee has set stricter requirements for the third debate in September.
