Woman hit and killed along I-380

According to Iowa State Patrol, 21-year-old Angelica Soto was walking along I-380 when she walked into traffic. Soto was then hit and killed by a passing car.

It all happened this morning around 5 a.m. in Buchanan County.

Authorities say the crash remains under investigation.
